RiderRadar End User License Agreement (EULA) Effective Date: 9/14/2025 Last Updated: 9/14/2025 This EULA is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Horizon Tech Development, LLC regarding the RiderRadar mobile application and related services. By installing or using RiderRadar, you agree to be bound by this EULA. 1. License Grant We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use RiderRadar on your devices for personal, non-commercial purposes. 2. Restrictions You agree not to: Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app. Use RiderRadar to harass, abuse, or harm others. Interfere with or disrupt servers or networks. Share another user's location without their consent. 3. User Content You retain ownership of messages, images, and other content you create. You grant us a limited license to store, transmit, and display that content solely to provide the service. 4. Location Data RiderRadar requires location sharing to function. You control whether to share your real-time location. Location is shared only with authorized friends, groups, or RiderBeacon public map pins if enabled. 5. Premium Services & Payments If you purchase premium features, payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. All billing is subject to their terms and refund policies. 6. Termination We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate this EULA or misuse the service. You may terminate this agreement at any time by deleting your account. 7. Disclaimer of Warranties RiderRadar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. 8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Horizon Tech Development, LLC is not liable for: Accidents, injuries, or damages arising from use of the app. Loss of data or unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control. 9.
